If the wind speed is within the specified range and blowing in a designated direction, the logic state is referred to as "TRUE". Depending on register programming, a START signal will be sent after certain time restrictions have been satisfied.

If the wind speed or the wind direction is outside the specified speed or direction, the logic state is referred to as "FALSE". Depending on register programming, a STOP signal will be sent after certain time restrictions have been satisfied.

TRUE, FALSE, START and STOP are all different logical states. TRUE and START will not occur together. FALSE and STOP will not occur together.
